AI Team Workshop:
Hands-On AI Training

Half a day on your team's own work. Everyone leaves using ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot on real tasks, with one page of rules.

Half your team won't touch AI. The other half trusts it too much. One half day fixes both.

Built on Your Own Work

Every exercise uses real tasks from your team's week.

Half a Day, Plus Follow-Up

Remote or on-site, with a written check-in a week later.

Runs on Your Own Work

Real tasks from your team, confidential bits swapped out.

Uses the Seats You Pay For

ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. Nothing new to buy.

AI Was Supposed to Save Time, Wasn't It?

Whether you run a store, a clinic or a firm, one of these probably sounds familiar.

Sound Familiar?

You're Paying for Seats. Nobody Can Say What For.

The renewal just landed. Forty seats, six names on the usage report, mostly rewording emails. Then someone asked what you're paying for.

After the Half Day

Know Exactly What Every Seat Is For

Each person leaves with one real task done and prompts that work on their own job. By renewal, you have an answer.

Sound Familiar?

Someone Pasted a Customer File Into a Free Chatbot

You found out by accident. "Just to get a quick summary." Nobody had told them not to, because nobody had decided.

After the Half Day

Settle "What's Allowed?" Once, on One Page

Your people draft the rules in the room: what never goes near AI, and who says yes. Next time someone asks, somebody just points at it.

Sound Familiar?

It Sounded Perfect. It Was Wrong.

A spec. A date. A source that doesn't exist. You caught it at 9pm on the last read. Now half the team won't touch it, and "never" isn't a plan either.

After the Half Day

Catch the Confident Wrong Answer Before a Customer Does

Your people learn where AI goes wrong and how to make it show its source, on the kind of work where a mistake would actually hurt.

Sound Familiar?

The Training Was a Poem About Your Company

You did the vendor webinar. Pizza included. It ended with AI writing a poem about the business. Then Monday came, and nothing changed.

After the Half Day

Train on Your Own Work, So Monday Actually Changes

Every exercise runs on real tasks: the client letter, the supplier email, the returns reply. Confidential details get swapped out first.

What Your Team Walks Out With (and Keeps)

Remote or on-site, with the ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot seats you already pay for. Nobody needs to be technical.

Half a Day on Real Work

Each person finishes one real task of their own, whether that's a client letter, a returns reply or fifty product descriptions.

The Prompts That Worked, Written Down

In plain English, where the whole business can find them, not in one person's chat history. Your next hire starts from them on day one.

One Page of Rules

Drafted in the room with your people: what's allowed, what never goes near AI, and who has the final say.

The Next Job Worth Handing to AI

Picked by your people before the day ends, usually a dull one: high volume, easy to check. You decide if and when.

A Follow-Up a Week Later

The real test is the week after. What your people kept using, where they got stuck, and any rule worth changing, in writing.

How Your Half Day Comes Together

You're busy, so almost all of this happens off your plate. Your part: a short prep call, the half day, and ten minutes at the follow-up.

Get Your Game Plan
Before the Day

One Short Prep Call

One of your people joins a short call and sends a list of real tasks, confidential bits swapped out. That's the only homework.

The Half Day

Everyone Works a Real Job of Their Own

First, the habits that make AI useful, shown on your tasks. Then each person works through a job they actually do every week.

Before Anyone Leaves

Your People Write the Rules

The team drafts the rules page and picks the next job worth handing to AI. Everything is cleaned up and sent over in writing.

A Week Later

The Follow-Up

What stuck, what didn't, what to change. Plus answers to any questions left over (even the silly ones).

Watch the Work First. Then Teach It.

Before a distributor handed its catalog to AI, one person was recorded doing the job by hand for 40 minutes. Your half day starts the same way. The tools and techniques come with it. Your people bring what no tool knows: your customers.

Not only is their work top-notch, but they will also challenge you to become a better entrepreneur or marketer.

Why Now

Every Month You Wait, the Habits Set

Truth is… your business already has an AI policy. It's called "use your judgment," and every week someone applies it alone. Those habits harden fast, and the seats renew regardless.

You don't need a big project to fix it. Half a day, and your people use AI on real work the next week, with the rules on paper. Only a small handful of projects run at once, so dates fill up.

Questions, Answered

Anything else? Bring it to the 30 minutes.

Can't people just learn this from free videos?

Some will. Videos teach the tool, but not which of your own jobs it's good at, or what's allowed in your business.

Is it safe to use customer or client data?

Confidential details come out of the examples unless your plans and policies allow them. Bring your compliance lead if you have one.

The rules page is practical guidance, not legal advice. Want an NDA? It's signed before the first conversation.

ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot? Does the team need anything new?

Whichever you already pay for, and nobody needs to be technical. If your seats can't do a job well, you'll hear it straight.

What if people are skeptical, or worried about being replaced?

Good. Skeptics make the best checkers. And the rules page says it in writing: decisions about money, people and customers stay with a person.

This sounds like it's for firms. What about an online store?

It fits just as well. Product descriptions, returns replies, supplier emails and weekly reports are exactly the kind of work the half day is built around.

The same goes for a clinic's intake forms or an agency's client updates. If your people type it every week, it's on the table.

By Next Renewal, Know What It's For

Give it 30 minutes. Talk it through with the person who'd run your half day. Send your NDA first if you like.
